Poway is a large, inland community northeast of downtown San Diego and east of Interstate 15. It is 24 miles from the San Diego International Airport and downtown San Diego. It is one of the larger areas we serve with the Pete Knows Team. There are close to 16,000 housing units in Poway, but the market is competitive so it is important to work with a real estate brokerage who can help you find a deal and negotiate for your desired purchase price quickly.

Since 1992, our founder Pete Middleton has helped buyer and sellers in San Diego. The Pete Knows Team has collectively transacted over $400 million in real estate throughout San Diego. With a brand that people recognize thanks to our ubiquitous advertising on benches, billboards, and in local publications, there’s a reason they say “Pete Knows Poway.”
